Stop Cyberbullying Day 2018

Today, June 15th marks the launch of ‘Stop Cyberbullying Day’, so we ask YOU ALL to show YOUR support for a truly inclusive internet for all!

How many of YOU have ever been Cyberbullied? It is increasingly alarming how people or trolls (as I call them) hide behind the screen to bully people to buy into their own ‘insecure’ understanding or demands.

We all know that the internet is awesome. One of the things that makes it so incredible is how diverse and varied the users and content are. Unfortunately, many people don’t get to experience all the benefits that our digitally connected world offers – but together we can change that!

We believe that everybody should be able to express themselves online through creativity, communication, and performance without suffering harassment, ridicule, and abuse. We also feel that everybody should have equal right to access the same level of information and education online without fear of personal attacks.

Organised by The Cybersmile FoundationThe Cybersmile Foundation is a multi-award winning non-profit organization committed to tackling all forms of digital abuse and bullying online. They work to promote diversity and inclusion by building a safer, more positive digital community.
