It has been over a year since I made my last post.
I took a hiatus to #RelaxRelateRelease and now, I am BACK from a long and well-rested break.
Even though, December can be a time of celebration for many people, it’s worth remembering it may not be for some other people who are going through life challenges ~ whilst it can be a time of cheer, family gatherings and good food, it can also be a time of financial crisis, tension, loneliness or depression. The difference between expectations and reality can create additional pressures, especially with the rising cost of living and events happening around the world.
There are 12 working days where I’ve come up with some ideas to help in CHEERING US ALL UP: starting today, 5 December.
Do note: You don’t have to do something every day, choose what interests you the most!
- You are wonderful, so accept and value who you are.
- Practising gratitude helps you refocus on what you have instead of what you think you may need. This new perspective can help improve your mood.
- Find some ‘you’ time and do something you enjoy.
